A Different Kind of Workout at Vessel
For anyone looking to switch up their fitness routine, Vessel Run offers one of the more unique workout experiences in NYC.
Created with Equinox’s Precision Run®, the class turns Vessel into a guided interval workout using the structure’s staircases and landings. The session combines cardio and strength training while moving throughout the landmark’s multi-level design.
It feels less like a traditional gym class and more like an immersive NYC fitness experience. Between the stair climbs, skyline views, and pace of the workout, it brings a different kind of energy than a standard studio session.
